SA Women Fight Back is hosting a charity event to raise funds to assist victims of domestic violence who come through our Victim Support online portal via our website and closed Facebook group. Many times, victims need assistance that extends beyond our free resources available, such as counseling and limited legal advice. We would like to do more for the women who are genuinely stuck and need a helping hand. As a registered NPO, we rely on donations and function through volunteers who work tirelessly to source ways to assist in the relentless demand for help.
Our charity event will be held at Wine Unlimited in Alberton, starting at 8am and will include a complimentary welcome drink and a meal. A trio of VIP speakers will be at this event. The concept behind this year's 16 Days of Activism is to EMPOWER women, the focus will be a holistic approach to inspire any woman who may need message of encouragement. With the speaker line-up that we have, we are sure that each guest will leave feeling motivated!
